Delete your account and data

In the app (quickest)

  1. Sign in and open Account.
  2. Under Delete account, tap Delete account…, type your password and confirm.

This deletes your account straight away, together with everything stored for it: your saved wardrobe (tags and thumbnails), your washer and dryer models, your scan history, your sign-in sessions and any password-reset links. You are signed out on every device.

A subscription is cancelled separately

Deleting the account does not cancel a DryerDecoder Pro subscription. Cancel it first so you are not charged again: on the web use Account → Manage or cancel subscription; in the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings.

Without signing in

Can’t sign in? Email info@prediturk.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm and delete the account and its data within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What we keep

Payment records are kept by our payment provider as long as tax law requires. Anonymous counters of free scans (no name or email) are deleted after 90 days. See the privacy policy for details.
